Unlimited coach support. Unlike other programs, you have access to me through the coaching platform and email/text as needed. I want to be able to talk you through a mental block or celebrate your wins whenever you need. We can also jump on a call as needed.
Fully customized virtual program with training updated weekly to include easy runs, speed/interval worksets (e.g. pace, # reps), cross training suggestions (strength sets with or without weights, non-running recs, etc.) all customized around your chosen key events or distance goals. Plans are adjusted to your life - vacations, work, etc. so they fit into the time you have and we make the most of it.
Race-Day prep and hype sessions. I strategize with you to create a plan around pacing as well as nutrition/hydration so that you’re on top of your game for race day.
