This 17-week intermediate program is designed specifically for the Run Rabbit Run 50 mile race in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This program is best for someone who currently has done base work and is running up to 50 miles a week. You will need a step mill, incline treadmill, or mountain/hills to be able to get in the recommended elevation gain in the program.
