16 Weeks in Length
New Balance Indianapolis Training Program - for any fall race. Designed for runners who are looking to set a personal best time, or hit race qualifying standards. The program peaks at 50-60 miles a week with a long run of 23 miles, and includes two dedicated speed sessions each week. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least 25-30 miles a week, with a long run of ten miles. Use this plan to optimize performance and achieve your qualifying time at the 26.2 mile distance!

New Balance Indianapolis Training Program - for any fall race. Designed for runners who participate in 2-3 half marathons a year, and are looking to set personal best times and optimize their racing. The program peaks at 40-50 miles a week with a long run of 14 miles, and includes two dedicated speed sessions each week. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least six miles, 3-4 times a week with a long run of 10 miles.
