About This Program
Our Fall 2025 Training Programs are sponsored by New Balance. There will be swag, give-a-ways as well as New Balance representatives at several training runs. Additional items maybe available to purchase including a special New Balance FFRC race singlet!
Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Intermediate Half Marathon program is designed for runners who have completed the half marathon distance one or more times in the past 6-8 months, and are looking to improve their overall performance. The program peaks at 30-40 miles a week with a long run of 12 miles, and includes a dedicated weekly speed session. Participants should currently be comfortable running three to six miles, 3-4 times a week. Use this plan to stay healthy during training, and set a personal best at the 13.1 mile distance!
