About This Program
Our Fall 2025 Training Programs are sponsored by New Balance. There will be swag, give-a-ways as well as New Balance representatives at several training runs. Additional items maybe available to purchase including a special New Balance FFRC race singlet!
Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Intermediate Full Marathon program is designed for runners who have completed the marathon distance at least once in the past 10-12 months. The program peaks at 40-50 miles a week with a long run of 20 miles, and includes a dedicated weekly speed session. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least 15-20 miles a week, with a long run of 10 miles. Use this plan to increase your volume, improve your speed and set a personal best time at the 26.2 mile distance!
