About This Program

Our Fall 2025 Training Programs are sponsored by New Balance. There will be swag, give-a-ways as well as New Balance representatives at several training runs. Additional items maybe available to purchase including a special New Balance FFRC race singlet!


The Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Advanced Full Marathon program is designed for runners who are looking to set a personal best time, or hit race qualifying standards. The program peaks at 50-60 miles a week with a long run of 23 miles, and includes two dedicated speed sessions each week. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least 25-30 miles a week, with a long run of ten miles. Use this plan to optimize performance and achieve your qualifying time at the 26.2 mile distance!
