About This Program
Our Fall 2025 Training Programs are sponsored by New Balance. There will be swag, give-a-ways as well as New Balance representatives at several training runs. Additional items maybe available to purchase including a special New Balance FFRC race singlet!
The Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Advanced Half Marathon program is designed for runners who participate in 2-3 half marathons a year, and are looking to set personal best times and optimize their racing. The program peaks at 40-50 miles a week with a long run of 14 miles, and includes two dedicated speed sessions each week. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least six miles, 3-4 times a week with a long run of 10 miles. Use this plan to increase your overall volume, fine-tune your speed and crush the 13.1 mile distance!
