Description
This 12 week half marathon programme is great if you have already completed a few half marathons and are wanting to get a new PB or have comfortably done a few 10kms and are looking for stepping up in distance. This plan has 4/5 runs, 1 strength and 1 yoga per week. If you would like to do 4 runs a week please just drop one of the easy runs.
