This 12 Week Half Marathon programme will get you to from your 1st 10km to your first half marathon. You want to be able to run for 1hr comfortably before jumping into this one. This plan has 3/4 runs, 1 strength and 1 yoga per week with a primary focus on easy mileage and building general endurance.
