Description
This 16 week marathon programme is great if you have already completed a couple of marathons and are wanting to get a new PB or have comfortably done a few half marathons and are looking for stepping up in distance. This plan has 5/6 runs, 1 strength and 1 yoga per week. If you would like to do 5 runs a week please just drop one of the easy runs.
