Online Coaching

A structured and supportive coaching plan designed to help runners of all levels train with purpose and consistency.


We begin with an initial online conversation to discuss your running background, goals, and schedule. This helps me tailor a structured training plan that aligns with your needs while fitting into your lifestyle.


Your plan will be delivered through the Final Surge App, giving you clear daily guidance on what to do and how to progress.


Throughout your training, you’ll have email support, allowing you to ask questions or make adjustments when needed.


Additionally, you’ll have access to group interval sessions at Sydney Park, where you’ll receive personalized instructions to ensure you get the most out of each workout.


To ensure the highest quality coaching and individualized attention, I limit my coaching to a maximum of 20 athletes at any time. This allows me to provide the support, guidance, and feedback needed to help you succeed.
