Team Simcoachen - Let's go with our 12 week swim program! Perfect to add to your weekly squad sessions or just for itself. In this program you'll get three swim sessions per week. Every session is 1700 - 3500+ m. Drill of the week will be presented every other week by your coach Anna-Karin Lundin from Simcoachen (ex Olympian, ex Total Immersion coach and Swim smooth coach).
