16 week training plan - starting Monday 12/30/24, ending on race day Monday 4/21/25 5 running days per week 1 weekly speed workout that syncs to your Garmin, Coros, or Apple watch Weekly Coach's Tips and motivational quotes. *This plan is for Intermediate/Advanced athletes.
