Welcome to the NAZ Elite Sub 3-Hour Marathon Plan! We are so excited to tackle this goal with you. We have put together this 16-week plan with thoughtful intention to help you get to a position to break 3-hours for the marathon and experience some of the same or similar workouts that we use with our own elite athletes.
