Welcome to the NAZ Elite Intermediate Marathon Plan to prepare you for Boston! The Intermediate Plan is designed for an athlete who does have some experience with running and is comfortable with a weekly mileage of at least 35 to 40 miles per week. You understand the race distance of a marathon and perhaps you have raced a half marathon, 10k road race, or marathon in the past.
