Active/Non-Active Duty - Fitness Test Level 1 Welcome to your Active/Non-Active Duty plan. This plan is design for serving members who are training for their fitness test. This plan is for first time runners. We will build up your fitness very gradually with a jog/walk routine to begin with. We will then transition into speed workouts and goal paced workouts.
