Personal Coaching - Leah Kirchmann - Cycling
Leah is a recently retired World Tour cyclist. Originally from Winnipeg, MB, Leah first started racing at the age of 13 through the Kids of Mud mountain bike program. She balanced competing as a cross-country skier, and strongly believes in the value of pursuing multiple sports to develop well rounded athletes. She pursued an undergraduate degree at Quest University in Squamish, where she focused on nutrition and public health. Leah competed at two Olympics Games, and raced all of the biggest events in cycling, including 10x World Championships, and 3x Commonwealth Games. Leah always wanted to understand the why behind her training, so spent time asking a lot of questions and studying training methodologies while racing. She is excited to now apply all the lessons learned from years of competition to the world of coaching. Sign-up for Personal Coaching with Leah and learn from her experience and expertise in the sport to help you achieve your goals.
