2025 Gatineau Trail Group - Monthly
Join a group of motivated runners for our Wednesday night trail workouts, designed and led by coach Liam Walke and coach Steph Ryall. Using the varied terrain available to us in the Gatineau Park, Wednesdays will be a time to build specific fitness and technical skills for upcoming trail events (or for your general fitness).
This year we also add a Saturday long run on the last Saturday of the month.
