After a lifetime of running experiences and racing, I now enjoy applying that depth of knowledge through coaching. I assist runners of all abilities and stages in their running journeys to work toward their goals as well as maintain longevity in the sport. I’ve been running since I could walk, participated in my first 10k race at age 13, ran track and cross country in high school and conquered my first marathon in the late 90s. I had long enjoyed helping friends reach their running goals so became an Athletics Australia accredited coach in 2015. Since 2015, I have been coaching a variety of in-person running sessions as well as developing training programs online for runners, from absolute beginners to sub-3 hour marathoners. I am one of four appointed coaches for Running Mums Australia and am the event coach for Run2Cure, a race held in Sydney benefiting the children's cancer neuroblastoma. As a coach, I'm approachable, a good listener and aim to adapt training into each runners’ lifestyle. I have years of experience training in various conditions (from a Chicago winter to a Sydney summer), training throughout various stages of life (youth, pre and post pregnancy, middle age) as well as racing across distances. Although I appreciate a variety of terrains, I'm a road runner at heart having hailed from urban Chicago. I have raced 3k to 50k across roads and trails and also am a parkrun enthusiast! I utilise the Final Surge coaching platform for training and program development. Please contact me for fees or to discuss further. I look forward to guiding you through your next goal!
