Sole Sisters Training Group is a program designed by women for women! This 6 and a half week program is built around friendship, and promises a safe welcoming environment for everyone regardless of where you are on your running journey. This group will meet Tuesdays at 7am and Thursdays at 6pm. It also pairs well with our fall Speed Demon's Group that meets on Saturday Mornings.

Your favorite Fleet Feet Traverse City outfitter Alison will be leading this super exciting group! Alison brings a wealth of knowledge from years spent coaching and as a very accomplished runner herself. If you have lived in Traverse City very long you have probably seen her out on the trails or in the store as she has been a staple in the running community for years.

The cost of the program is only $70 and it is packed full of value. Brooks will be doing a women in running celebration night for this group only that will include snacks and beverages as well as a Free properly fitted Sports Bra! That in itself is worth the $70! However, in addition to that you also get two training runs a week, as well as a full 6 week training plan that will lead you right up to turkey trot season. You also get the expertise of Alison and our network of experienced runners who can answer all your running questions. Whether you are brand new to running or a seasoned veteran we are sure you will walk away having learned something new.

In addition your registration fee will also go towards a good cause. 50% of your registration fee will be donated to the Cowell Family Cancer Center at Munson for breast cancer research! Many of us have been affected in one way or another by breast cancer. With this program starting during breast cancer awareness month we want to show our support for a great local research and treatment center.

We promise you will have an absolute blast as a member of Sole Sisters and be helping a great cause as well!
