Schedule: Group Meets 2 times a week - Mondays at 6:00pm - Fleet Feet Traverse City Downtown -Saturdays at 8:00am - Hull Park - 660 Hannah Ave, Traverse City, MI 49686
Goal - Complete The Big Run 4 Mile
Program Fee - $40

This program builds up to our Big Run celebration which is a 4 mile fun run around boardman lake on June 4th. This is not a race but a laid back fun run with a party afterwards!
So who is this training group for? This training group is for anyone who is new to running or looking to get back into running in a non serious way. Don't know if you can run a single mile today? That's okay we can get you there! This ten week program is designed to get you started in the right direction and help you along the way all while having fun!
