Description

The Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Intermediate Full Marathon program is designed for runners who have completed the marathon distance at least once in the past 10-12 months. The program peaks at 45 miles a week with two long runs of 20 miles, and includes ONE dedicated weekly speed session. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least 15-20 miles a week, with a long run of 10 miles.
