The Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Advanced Half Marathon program is designed for runners who participate in 2-3 half marathons a year, and are looking to set personal best times and optimize their racing. The program peaks at 40 miles a week with a long run of 14 miles, and includes TWO dedicated speed sessions each week.
