The Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Intermediate Half Marathon program is designed for runners who have completed the half marathon distance one or more times in the past 6-8 months, and are looking to improve their overall performance. The program peaks at 35 miles a week with a long run of 12 miles, and includes ONE dedicated weekly speed session.
