Description
The Fleet Feet Pittsburgh Beginner Half Marathon program is designed for beginner/novice runners, or runners returning to the sport after extended time off. The program peaks at 30 miles a week with two long runs of 10 miles, and does NOT include a dedicated speed session. Participants should currently be comfortable running at least three miles, 3-4 times a week. Use this plan to come back from injury, or cross the finish line of your first 13.1 mile race!
