The Intermediate 10K plan uses three weeks of walk/jog intervals to progress to continuous running. The program consists of four workouts each week, ranging from 40 minutes to six miles and includes one high-intensity session beginning halfway through the program. Use this plan to set a personal best time at the 10K distance!
