Description
Our Level 2 5km plan includes 4-5 runs a week over a 6 week period. You'll likely have raced a 5km before or taken part in a parkrun and you'll be up for the challenge of mixing different types of running into your week. You'll be tackling a mix of running from easy and longer runs to interval sessions and 'tempo running' which aims to progress over the 6 week period to get your in great 5km shape.
