20 week plan for runners with some marathon experience, who are looking PR while staying healthy. Pre-requisites: Successful completion of at least one marathon cycle in the past 2 years. Consistent training for 2-3 months prior to initiating. Free of injury. Currently tolerant of at least: (x3) 30-60 minute runs per week plus a weekly long run of at least 8 miles.
