Description
SW training plans include structured workouts that can be uploaded to your wearable devices. Our structured workouts are based on Pace Zones as described on our training plan page. Training plan for experienced runners looking to challenge themselves and push for a PR at the 10K distance. This plan is eight weeks long and includes five days of running per week. It is recommended that you have completed at least one 10K or longer event within the last 12-months before starting this program.
