Description
This plan is for the runner running 50-60 miles a week. You should come into this plan with at least 4 weeks of base week so you can handle 50 mile weeks. It is based on 6 runs a week. It never has more then 2 hard days a week as I believe in making sure you fully recover between each hard day. It would be easy to add or take away some mileage if you need to.
