The COMPETITIVE MASTERS 40+ - 12-Week Sprint Triathlon Training plan is designed for the COMPETITIVE MASTERS 40+ Athlete who can handle a heavier training load, has maintained their fitness (there is a V02 session in week one), and wants to race the Sprint distance to achieve a podium finish.
