The "ELITE AMATEUR" 12-Week Maintenance Training is designed for the ELITE AMATEUR Triathlete who has just concluded their racing season and wishes to maintain a simple base form of fitness. Like most of our programs, this 12-week maintenance phase of training is also built around the 3/1 approach (3 weeks load w/1 week recovery).
