This 12-week base training for the AMATEUR ADVANCED TRIATHLETE focuses on a few basic principles - Advanced Functional Strength Training (4 X a week), then progressing to Advanced Strength Training while incorporating low-Intensity Base Endurance, Swim Drill/Techniques, and Walk/Run Sessions during the first 4-weeks, followed by adding V02 Interval training sessions, and Anaerobic Threshold Interval Training.
