The Lifestyle Intermediate SIX (6) Month Full IRON Triathlon Training is designed for the Intermediate triathlete who has progressed from the Sprint distance to the Olympic triathlon distance and now desires to attempt the Full IRON distance, can handle a heavier training load. Prerequisite training or base mileage is required. One needs to be able to swim 2.5k meters, ride at least 45miles, and able to run for 60 minutes before begining the 24wk FULL IRON training plan.
