Description
Use this walk/run plan to learn (or relearn!) to run 5km! Over the course of 7 weeks, this plan will gradually increase running times from 30 second intervals to the opportunity to run 5 consecutive kilometers. It includes warm ups and mobility/strength routines to support your body and mind as you take on this challenge. Stay consistent, and by the end of the program, you will have the strength, endurance and confidence to achieve your goal!
