Description
This is a 4 month offseason plan for a runner who just finished a fall or spring race and is looking to do a structured block of base training with no races during their offseason. This plan includes lower mileage than the Level 2-4 plans, and allows more flexibility for busy schedules. This plan can be as little as 3 days per week for someone who is very busy, or 6-7 days per week if all optional cross training sessions are completed.
