Description
This plan is designed for the obstacle course racers that are competing in the OCR Stars virtual competition who have been training and racing throughout the year. What you can expect: 1) A 6 day a week running plan measured by pace, HR, Time, and sometimes distance. 2) 3 days a week of strength training focusing on potential OCR Stars movements and neurological adaptation. 3) 2 Days a week of grip and muscular endurance training 4) Core work and recovery schedules.
