As a kid, Jazmine ran cross-country and found she had a knack for pushing her limits, competition, and a pure passion for running! Running has been a mainstay in her life to maintain physical and mental health. Since 2019, Jazmine has been digging deep into learning about training and coaching herself and others in the trail, mountain, and ultra-running disciplines. As an elite ultra runner, in 2022, she placed 3rd at Chuckanut, 1st at Canyons 100k with a course record, and 4th at CCC UTMB. In 2023, 2nd at TransGranCanaria 128k. She keeps updated with the latest research through scientific literature, podcasts, books, and online courses. Her background as a Yoga Teacher (YTT 200 certified) aids in her knowledge of understanding the human body and psyche. She holds a UESCA Ultra Running Coach certification.

Jazmine believes in 5 pillars for providing the best coaching to her athletes: Training, Nutrition, Energy, Recovery, and Mental attuning.

  • Training: a running and strength program designed for healthy progression and each athlete's weekly schedule.
  • Nutrition: tips and tricks on how to accelerate recovery, race nutrition, female monthly needs and general guidance.
  • Energy: regular check-ins throughout the week to monitor adapt the plan to changing energy levels from training load, stress, fatigue, monthly cycle, sleep, and illness.
  • Recovery: key for constant adaptation and preventing injuries.
  • Mental attuning: training the mind for grit, positivity, and awareness.
