This training plan is a mix between beginner and intermediate. The training plan has 2 lift days per week with 3 core workouts per week. These workouts are geared towards functional running movements, and are meant for in season training. Each workout has a short warm up with 2-3 supersets, ending with core. The core workouts throughout the week are mainly geared towards stability.
