This plan is best used by an athlete training for a sprint distance triathlon who has had some prior experience with triathlon training. In addition to swim, bike, and run workouts, this plan includes proper warm-ups and cool-downs as well as supporting strength and mobility work. Workouts are based on Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). Videos and supporting documentation as provided as-needed with workouts.
