Introducing Personal Coaching, a new, monthly coaching opportunity brought to you by Fleet Feet Training x CES. This program is designed for those triathletes looking for a more personalized, custom training plan along with one-on-one coaching consultation.

One-On-One Coaching is designed for anyone with a non-traditional work schedule, unique training needs or just wants that extra bit of attention and customization to get you where you want to be in your training.

Initial consultation with Coach via phone/Zoom (up to 30 minutes)
Fully Customized Weekly Online Training plan
Weekly individual Coach check-in email (or up to 30-minute phone call/month)
Training plan modifications (up to two (2) times/month)
Pre-race strategy communication for your primary goal race
Post-race feedback & discussion
Access to our in-person Fleet Feet Training x CES Group training
