Description
This plan is designed for an athlete preparing for their first ironman-distance race or for the athlete who needs to rebuild long distance triathlon fitness. The plan is 26 weeks. Total weekly training volume ranges from 7-14.5 hours. Before beginning this plan, an athlete should be healthy and capable of running, biking and swimming - each 3 times per week for up to 45 minutes. If followed, this plan will get you to the starting line and the finish line feeling strong.
