This plan is designed to take you through the 12 weeks leading up to you 5150 Subic Bay race (1500m Swim, 40km Bike and 10km run). A short-course companion event to the IRONMAN 70.3 and IRONMAN Subic Bay races, this event makes the perfect training race, or introduction to triathlon for friends, family, and supporters.
