Welcome to your ATW Faster Performance Duathlon Plan! This 11 week plan is for intermediate or advanced athletes who can to compete in their next Duathlon. You should be comfortable running three times per week 30, 40 and 60 minutes from the start of the plan. Two of the cycling sessions are 45 minutes long with the third session at 90 minutes.
