This plan is designed to take you through the 16 weeks leading up to the Big East Middle Distance Triathlon. The event consists of a Challenge event and a Middle Distance event which takes place at the stunning Bradwell Marina venue. The Big East Triathlon is set in an ideal location for triathlon and is great preparation for Ironman, the season ahead, or anyone in search of a new challenge.
