This is a 9 week periodized training plan to get you in good shape for your Iron Distance race. These 9 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training & time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, 1 S&C session & a bike-run brick workout per week. The bricks are scheduled on Thursday in odd-numbered weeks & on Saturday in even-numbered weeks.
