Description
This plan is for the runner who runs 35-40 miles a week. You should come into this plan with at least 3 weeks of base week so you can handle 35 miles. It is based on 5 runs a week and you could always add a sixth run if you want a few more miles. It never has more then 2 hard days a week as I believe in making sure you fully recover between each hard day. It would be easy to add or take away some mileage if you need to.
