This was a good run, I ran with Molly Huddle on the fast 4 and it felt great to have someone, we didn’t hit the goal times but that’s okay! not sure how it would have gone if I ran alone. Legs and body weren’t too tired after so good 😊

Tough but a very good workout overall, that second and third rep was definitely hard, I was struggling to breath, I think I might be a little rusty! Happens almost every time when I go to NM😳
