About This Program
This 6 week program is designed with all runners in mind: from the inspired new runner to the athletes looking to build their fastest 5k. Participants will receive an invite to Final Surge, an online tool and app to track everything about your training including a calendar for workouts throughout the program. Training will be in person twice a week. Athletes will meet Wednesday nights at 7pm for Strength and Speed workouts at the Olmos Basin Soccer Fields and Saturday Mornings at 7am for group long runs from the Fleet Feet Quarry store. Hydration will be provided at all workouts.
