No matter what your goals, you’ll benefit from the guidance and motivation of our experienced coaching staff and mentors. Group Workouts will be held on Tuesday and Saturdays at both locations.

Chicago Endurance Sports 5K/10K Training Program has partnered with Final Surge to deliver training programs to help you reach your goals! Final Surge is a free online training platform and app used by endurance athletes, coaches, teams and clubs. Getting started is easy, here’s how:

View & Complete Your Training

Planned running, cycling and swim workouts on calendar

View & Complete Your Training

Training will be applied to your calendar by your coach or program leader. Daily emails will also be sent detailing upcoming workouts.
